Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product, Since all of our products are handcrafted, with the average estimated processing time about 10-20 working days. While engraved or custom orders may take up to 25 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Two kinds of shipping methods are available for orders in our store. We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on orders over $59 to the worldwide. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.

1. Standard Shipping: Orders over $59 will get free shipping via Postal mail, which will take approximately 10-15 working days. Standard Shipping Rate: US$5.99.

2. Express Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL express, which will take about 3-5 working days. Express Shipping Rate: US$25.00.

on all orders over $59 to the entire US. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.

* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.

Please note that the above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Jolics cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Jolics will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
